An annual plant from the cruciferous family.
The bushes are low, densely branched, compact, 10-15 cm high. The leaves are narrow-lanceolate.
The flowers are small: 3-4 mm in diameter, collected in racemose inflorescences of white color, with a strong smell of honey, completely cover the bushes during flowering.
Seeds are sown in the ground in April-May or in March for seedlings. The distance between plants is kept 15-20 cm.
Abundant-continuous flowering begins after 8 weeks from sowing and continues until the first frost.
Possibility of winter sowing.
Alyssum annual gives abundant self-seeding, it is undemanding to soils, photophilous and cold-resistant.
Used for all types of flower beds.
